Little Learners Mudgee

Walton Smith Consultants were the appointed Quantity Surveyor for the project in Mudgee. WSC prepared the Initial Report for the financier and assessed monthly progress claims over the construction period to ensure appropriate payments are made to the building contractor. The project is a childcare and out-of-school care facility with capacities of 125 and 30 children respectively. The facility has activity rooms, commercial kitchen, amenities and outdoor play area.
